A private sauna you book and pay for online.

The business: A luxury private sauna and wellness in Hamont-Achel. Guests have the whole wellness to themselves.
What we built: A new website in espresso and gold, with serif headings, a hero with the whirlpool in an arch, a running ribbon of amenities and a photo grid of the rooms. Online booking with immediate payment. An email flow with confirmation, reminder and follow-up. SEO.

What changed: A guest picks a moment, pays straight away and gets confirmation, reminder and follow-up in their inbox automatically.

The business: Aesthetic clinic in Hasselt, led by Dr. Kenis.
What we built: The website, the online calendar and the email flow. Patients pick a moment themselves. Confirmation and reminder go out automatically.
What changed: Measured over 263 days: 650 of the 681 appointments confirmed and not a single no-show.

The business: A small-scale organic and care farm in Vechmaal, the same village as EM Launchpad.
What we built: A new website with their story, the organic farm and the care farm, and their produce.
What changed: Anyone looking for them sees straight away who they are and what they grow.

Built: Website · Booking system with add-ons · Digital gift card · Automatic emails

The business: Baby wellness, care for mums and pampering moments in the Vivaldi gallery in Lommel. Ine works one on one.
What we built: A new website in gold, light brown and white, with arched images and the prices laid out like a menu. Plus the booking system with add-ons, a digital gift card and automatic emails.
What changed: Parents book a moment online themselves and can add an extra, such as a gentle wash. A gift card can be bought straight away in digital form.
