When you fill in a contact form, we process the data you provide (such as name, email, phone number and your message). Technical data (such as IP address and browser type) is also processed automatically by our hosting and security.
We use your data to answer your request, to arrange a quote or a call, and to deliver our services. The legal basis is the performance of your request/contract and our legitimate interest in following up on leads. For non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent.
We never sell your data. To deliver our services we use processors, including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (forms & CRM), Cloudflare (hosting & security) and Google Fonts. Some may process data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards.
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above, or as long as legally required. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Send your request to ebert@emlaunchpad.com.
